Want extra reps? Didn't get enough hitting in at your last team practice? These practice-style workouts with our professional coaching staff gives players a structured opportunity to work on their skills. Ball Exit speed, swing speed, attack angle and other metrics will now be included in these workouts. As always these practices are concluded with conditioning at the end of each workout.
